File Quality Requirements

To ensure the best print results, please follow these guidelines:

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI (high resolution)

• File size: Design should be at actual print size (no scaling up)

• Formats accepted: PNG (preferred) or PDF

• PNG: Transparent background is highly recommended for optimal print quality

• Colors: Use RGB color mode for best DTF results

• Avoid: Low-resolution images, screenshots, or pixelated files

  
  

IMPORTANT NOTE

Once the order is placed, we will send an email within 24–48 hours with the design and measurements for client approval. Once approved, the production time is 3–5 business days (depending on quantity). Delivery is not included in this timeframe.
